The sommelier

Passionate, connoisseur, Cedric Maupoint, Our sommelier shares a simple vision: that of a wine that accompanies, that tells a story, that awakens the senses. On the menu, big names rub shoulders with lesser-known gems, chosen for their authenticity. Mineral whites, full-bodied reds, or summer rosés: each bottle finds its place in a moment, an encounter, an emotion at the table.
After a busy 20-year career, Cédric decided to return to his roots. His prestigious experiences at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, the Shangri-La Paris, and the Prince de Galles, among others, have in no way diminished his simplicity and good nature. He has a refined palate and loves to share his passion and introduce his guests to his discoveries, from fine wines to products from small, excellent winemakers.
